CableSupply.com ships merchandise only to locations within the USA (50 States and Military Posts) and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
Orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time will usually ship out the same day and when the item is available in our warehouse. Orders placed after that time are usually shipped out the next day (this is not guaranteed).
If your order is time-sensitive, please call or e-mail us to check item availability. While we try our best to maintain stock quantities, our website is not automatically synchronized to our inventory levels and there is a chance that we'll receive your order in the middle of a restock. Also, please be aware that some of our items are drop-ship only without being stocked in-house. If you have a project deadline coming up, please inform us of your deadline in the order comments.
We will blindship upon request at no extra charge. Simply leave a request note for us in your order comments and we will ship your package without company identification.
Once delivered to the site, UPS relinquish all responsibility of the package or packages.
We ship orders via UPS. When using UPS shipping service, you must supply the shipping address of a residence or place of business. We will make our best effort to ship an order using the UPS shipping method. However, we may occasionally have to use an alternate method, for example, we might have to drop-ship an item from a supplier using another option instead of shipping from our location via USPS. In this situation, we will never charge extra for a carrier change without notifying the customer in advance.
Some Jameson products, such as the larger Buddy fish rod reels, must be shipped by freight because their size and weight exceeds UPS limits. The freight shipping charge given in the shopping cart is only an estimate; the actual charge may be different. After you place an order, we will contact the freight company for an exact cost and adjust the freight charge accordingly. (If our estimate was too high, you will be refunded the difference. If it was too low, we will contact you to inform you of the higher cost.) If you would like an exact quote before placing your order, please contact us and we will inquire for you.
All transit times provided in the shopping cart are estimates! We do not guarantee arrival by a specific date. For UPS Ground delivery time estimates, see the map below. UPS time estimates are in business days (Monday through Friday). Please appropriately plan ahead.
"Expedited shipping" methods include UPS 2nd Day and weekends are not included in transit time. We will make every effort to send out orders as soon as possible. When we receive an order we put it at the front of our fulfillment queue. However, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date because many factors affect the fulfillment and shipping process.
If you have an impending deadline and need expedited shipping, we heavily recommend calling us as soon as possible to inquire that we have everything you need in our facility, and place your order early in the day to give us adequate preparation time.
If an item is out of stock and we cannot send the full order in a single package, we could optionally send the order as 2 partial shipments at no additional charge. The first shipment, containing in-stock items, will be sent using UPS Ground. We will send the remaining items in a second shipment as soon as we get them in stock.
Please note that some drop-ship items cannot be shipped using an expedited method, or they come with significant lead time that will delay the shipping date.
Again, we will make our BEST EFFORT to meet expedited shipping requests, but cannot guarantee it will get there by your deadline. We recommend calling us ahead of time to check item availability and shipping lead time if your order is time-sensitive.
Local customers can place an order on our website and pick it up at our Southern California office. Choose our "Local Pickup" option during the checkout process and avoid shipping costs!
We are located at 3909 Oceanic Drive, Suite 401, Oceanside, CA 92056. (We do not have any other locations.) Pick-up is dependent on item availability. Please call to confirm that what you need is in stock.
You MUST place an order on our website before you come to pick your items up. Our facility is a business office and fulfillment warehouse, not a retail shopping outlet. Our website is our full product catalogue.
