Ordering & Returns

We process orders through our website, CableSupply.com, using verified, secure payment handling processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards as well as payments via Paypal.

At the moment, we only do business within the United States. Although we do plan to open business to other countries in the future, we do not yet have the logistics in place to handle international orders and shipments. If you are located outside the USA and wish to place an order with us, we recommend utilizing a USA-based proxy purchasing service who can handle international shipments.

Phone Orders

We accept phone orders as well as Internet orders. If you wish to speak directly with a sales representative, please call us at 760-945-9000. Our phone lines are open from 9:30am to 3:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

Purchase Orders

We accept school and government purchase orders (POs). Please fax all POs to us at 760-439-5252.

International Orders

We're sorry, but we do not currently ship outside of the USA. We recommend using a third party proxy service who can place the order for you, receive the package, and then ship it to you in your country.

We hope to expand our business to other countries in the future, but international shipping is more complicated than domestic shipping and we haven't yet incorporated those logistics into our fulfillment system.

Sales Tax

Orders being shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to sales tax. Orders for San Diego County destinations pay 8.0% sales tax. The tax rate for all other counties is 7.5%. No sales tax applies to orders shipped outside California.

Return Policy

You may return items purchased from CableSupply.com for a refund, excluding shipping fees, within 120 days of purchase. We will apply credit to the credit card that made the purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition. If you would like to return items, please contact our sales staff and we will give you further instructions.

Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following items are NOT returnable: tools, toners, test sets, bulk cable, custom-length cable, "jack in a box" kits, fish tapes, pull string, telephone patch panels, and special-ordered items.

Please fill out our returns form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will then contact you with further instructions.

Installation

We offer commercial site installation services. If you own or represent a business, we can do the installation work for you - just contact us for a quote. CableSupply.com is a subsidiary of Nova Voice & Data Systems, Inc, a nationwide low-voltage cable installer licensed by the state of California. We have performed over 5,000 installations across every state in the USA, and we employ professional, certified technicians trained in cable termination, networking, Cisco, and Toshiba systems.

Note: We only perform installations in commercial buildings, not in homes or personal residences.
