Shipping & Delivery

CableSupply.com ships merchandise only to locations within the United States of America, including the 50 states and all territories. We do not ship to international locations at this time. Orders placed before 3pm Pacific time will usually ship out the same day.

If your order is time-sensitive, please call or e-mail us to check item availability.

We will blindship upon request at no extra charge. Simply leave a request note for us in your order comments and we will ship your package without company identification.

We ship orders via UPS and USPS. If you choose UPS as your shipping service, you must supply the actual shipping address of a residence or place of business. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If you require delivery to a P.O. box or military address, you must select USPS.

We will make our best effort to ship an order using the customer's chosen shipping method. However, we may occasionally have to use an alternate method - for example, we might have to drop-ship an item from a supplier using UPS instead of shipping from our location via USPS. In this situation, we will never charge extra for a carrier change without notifying the customer in advance and receiving explicit permission to do so.

Some Jameson products, such as the larger Buddy fish rod reels, must be shipped by freight because their size and weight exceeds UPS limits. Please contact us for information on freight shipping fees.

USPS Priority and First-Class Mail have an average delivery time of 3 days. For UPS Ground delivery time estimates, see the map below. UPS time estimates are in business days (Monday through Friday).

Free Shipping Policy

CableSupply.com offers free shipping on all orders over $49 except those including bulk cable. To be eligible for free shipping, your order must have a total value greater than $49 before tax and shipping charges.

Some items are excluded from free shipping, and orders including these items will have normal shipping charges. Bulk cable, vertical data racks, Jameson products, and drop-ship items are ineligible for free shipping.

Orders eligible for free shipping will see a "Free Shipping" option during checkout. CableSupply.com chooses the shipping method to deliver the product to you. This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time by CableSupply.com without prior notice.

The free shipping offer is only redeemable on orders being sent to locations within the continental United States. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will incur normal shipping charges.

We do not ship outside the United States. Non-USA orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Local Order Pickups

Local customers can place an order on our website and pick it up at our Southern California office. Choose our "Local Pickup" option during the checkout process and avoid shipping costs!

We are located at 3909 Oceanic Drive, Suite 401, Oceanside, CA 92056. Pick-up is dependent on item availability; please call to confirm what you need is in stock.

Phone Orders

We accept phone orders as well as Internet orders. If you wish to speak directly with a sales representative, please call us at 760-945-9000. Our phone lines are open from 9:00am to 3:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. After 3pm, we are in the warehouse packing orders for shipment.

Return Policy

You may return items purchased from CableSupply.com for a refund, excluding shipping fees, within 120 days of purchase. We will apply credit to the credit card that made the purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition. If you would like to return items, please fill out our RMA form and our sales staff will give you further instructions.

Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Tools, bulk cable, pull string, and special-ordered items are not returnable.
