Ordering & Returns

Placing an Order

All orders placed on our website are processed using verified, secure payment handling processors. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards through the Square processor. We also use PayPal and accept direct payments from PayPal accounts as well as credit cards.

Our company is solely located in Oceanside, California and we ship to all 50 states, USA territories, and US military posts. We also ship to Canada. Customers located in these countries may place orders through our website and pay via credit card or PayPal. If you are located outside of these countries and wish to place an order with us, we recommend utilizing a USA-based proxy purchasing service that is equipped to ship to your country.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES OR AN EXACT DAY WHEN ORDERS WILL SHIP. If you need products within a time frame, please contact us first before ordering.

Shipping

If you provide a shipping address in your order that is not validated by USPS or UPS, this may delay the shipment of your order as we will need to confirm if the address provided is correct. If we ship to an invalid address, we have no control if the package makes it to the destination. If a package is automatically returned to us due to insufficient address information, you will be charged for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. 

We do not allow address changes once a shipment has left our warehouse and we do not allow the pick up of packages at UPS locations. Any packages that have been intercepted in any way will be immediately sent back to our warehouse and you will be charged for all shipping fees including a 20% restocking fee. (Please see our Returns Policy section regarding all fees on returned packages.)

We do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. We only allow shipping to physical addresses and APO boxes.

We do not allow the use of personal carrier accounts for shipping orders. All orders must be shipped via our shipping methods.

Product Lead Time

Some products will require a 2-5 day lead time prior to shipment - either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. This is due to the fact that some manufacturers require a lead time to ship out certain items because the items are build-to-order or they are awaiting parts for their items; therefore, any stock items we receive in our warehouse may take a few days longer to arrive.

Order Verification

In some instances and with large amount orders, CableSupply may request verifying information pertaining to your identity solely at its discretion.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States or Canada.

Regarding Canadian orders, all of our rates and prices are given in US dollars. They do not include sales tax, customs fees, or import taxes.

Please be aware of any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees you may incur when importing our merchandise to your country. It is your responsibility to pay any and all import taxes and customs charges when the merchandise is delivered to you. It is also your responsibility to be aware of your country's import laws and procedures.

You must provide us with a working phone number where you can be reached. Please make sure your name and delivery address are accurate. We must provide this information on the customs documentation, and customs may need to contact you. If your name, address, or phone number are incorrect, or if you do not provide a phone number, we may not be able to ship your order and there will be significant delays before you can receive your merchandise. In the case of returning any product to us from Canada, you as the customer are responsible for paying all return shipping and any taxes/fees required by the shipping carrier. We will refund you the amount paid for your item(s) minus the cost of all shipping, fees/taxes accrued at customs, and a 20% restocking fee. This also applies to any packages you refuse with UPS or USPS; we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS. The only time this exemption will be made is if an incorrect item was shipped to you or you received a defective item.

ACH/Wire Transfers

All orders shipped to a freight forwarder for international delivery will require ACH transfer for payment; credit card or PayPal will NOT be accepted. You can select the Wire Transfer payment option at Checkout and you will receive instructions on how to submit payment via ACH. Our customer service team will contact you at the time of your order for any required additional information and/or to confirm the status of payment. Your order will remain in a Pending Payment status until funds are received. If we do not receive payment within 10 days starting the day your order was placed, your order will be cancelled.

Sales Tax

Orders being shipped to an address within the US State of California are subject to sales tax. No sales tax applies to orders shipped outside California.

Credit Card Confidentiality

We adhere to and are in full compliance with all PCI standards. All customer information is protected by SSL encryption throughout the checkout process. Encrypted card numbers are sent solely to our merchant processor for purposes of completing each customer’s transaction. Credit card numbers are only visible to the cardholder at the time of payment. For consumer protection, we do not store or retain any credit card numbers in our website system in any way. Furthermore, any credit card payments made through Paypal are handled entirely by PayPal's separate transaction processes.

Return Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

To help keep our prices low, CableSupply.com has a restocking fee of 20% that will be applied to all returns. Manufacturer packaging of a returned item must be in original condition and all UPC, SKU numbers, and labels must not be removed or tampered with. All refunds will be issued to the credit card originally used to make the purchase and the restocking fee will be adjusted from that amount. Shipping of returned product is the financial responsibility of the customer.

To maintain quality control on the large variety of items we offer, CableSupply.com requires that all return items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition except for in the case of a defective product. All returns, refunds, or replacements must be made within 30 days of the items' delivery date.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be returned for the correct product or operational product. A replacement order will not be shipped until the original items have been shipped to and received by our location in Oceanside, CA. If items are returned to our warehouse damaged, a refund cannot be honored; it is recommended to insure all items returning to CableSupply.com.

CableSupply.com Sent the Wrong Size, Length, etc.

If a mistake is made on the part of CableSupply.com we will fix our mistake in an efficient and timely manner as well as pay for the shipping of returned product via standard ground shipping. This is the only case in which CableSupply.com will accept the responsibility of shipping returned product.

Non-Returnable Products

Some items are non-returnable such as custom length materials, bulk cable, custom or special orders (e.g., cable-by-the-foot, fiber optic), tools, and any item specifically noted as such.

Due to the limited and specific needs that a custom order fulfills, any and all custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. The only exception to this policy is if the order is not fulfilled to the custom requirements due to faulty material or a mistake on the part of CableSupply.com or the manufacturer.

Drop Shipping

Drop shipping is a process used by CableSupply.com to get larger or hard to stock items from our manufacturers to our customers quicker. Because this is an expedited service, all drop shipped items have a restocking fee of 25% and must be returned within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Manufacturer Warranties

Any issues or failures with a product that has a manufacturer warranty must be addressed with said manufacturer. CableSupply.com cannot and will not honor any warranties by manufacturers other than what is strictly outlined and described in the returns, shipping, and refunds guidelines addressed here.

Installation Services

We offer commercial site installation services. If you own or represent a business, we can do the installation work for you - just contact us for a quote. CableSupply.com is a subsidiary of Nova Voice & Data Systems, Inc., a nationwide low-voltage cable installer licensed by the state of California. Nova has performed over 5,000 installations across every state in the USA, and we employ professional, certified technicians trained in cable termination, networking, Cisco, and Toshiba systems.
