    Great product. I have had NO issues with them. I like that they are individually wrapped. Jim’s videos are also very helpful!

    Easy to install and functional but lacking a satisfying click

    These were easy to wire, and they fit nicely into my keystone wall plates. My only complaint is that when I plug in my patch cables, the click isn't as solid as I would like it to be. There is a click, but it just doesn't feel as tight as the click when I plug my patch cables in elsewhere.
